COMPANY BACKGROUND
Primetime Entertainers was established in 1983 to serve the growing population of Central New Jersey with mobile DJ entertainers for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sweet 16's & other celebrations.

Over the ensuing years, other services offered by Primetime include Photography, Video, A/V rentals, and Limo transportation.

Primetime Entertainers market area covers the counties of central New Jersey: Middlesex, Somerset, Northern Monmouth Union and Morris counties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide entertainment, emcee duties, and program music formats at social events, i.e.,wedding receptions, Sweet 16’s, and corporate functions. Work is Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Midweek work is rare except in December. Training and equipment is provided at no cost.

AVERAGE NUMBER OF PARTIES: 1-2 Per week. Peak seasons are April through July and September through December.

SALARY: based on experiernce and evaluated talent

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must provide own transportation

  • Ability to carry audio equipment.
        Each speaker weighs 40 LB. All other components
        weigh less than 30 lb. each.

  • Outgoing, engaging personality, and clear distinct
    speaking voice.
       Familiarity with all types of music: 50's, 60's, 70's, Disco,        Rock, Jazz, R & B, Rap/Hip Hop and Top 40's, etc.

  • Ability to successfully emcee and entertain in our
     runway demonstrations

  • Assume responsibility for safety and security of company
     issued equipment and music

  • Willingness to work within our administrative procedures     and be a team member, specifically to restrict all DJ     Entertainment work to Primetime Entertainers
